Ran a special for 2 months , was notified $20.00 would be added for insurance. If you would like to opt out find out if my insurance would cover. Was told to come back to sign a waiver to opt out of insurance within 4 weeks as it was included till then . Went back Monday April 6/26 in person to sign waiver to decline insurance. Was told '. "TO LATE AS POliCY CHANGED TODAY" $20.00 automatic for other coverage? Watch find print, Definitely will be moving out.What a joke & Rip OFF! NEVER USE ACCESS STORAGE AGAIN!!

The staff made the process very easy. They were quick to respond and I was able to do everything online for the sign up. Facility is well kept. I was using my unit during the winter and was happy with the snow removal. I would definitely use Access Storage again if I need it!

Started at 140 something two - three years ago, now paying 230 for the exact same unit I started with. My unit is OUTDOOR, no heat / humidity control, definitely no rodent control, nothing, and continues to go up every few months. You would think loyalty would be encouraged not discouraged by being charged more every quarter. I highly recommend going with a local business and reviewing your contract thoroughly. The big guys always take advantage, rich get richer bs. If I ever have to store again after we move I’ll pay a little more monthly for the little guy that cares.

Amazing service and experience! We stored our boat at Access Storage Midland while on vacation last week, and had an awesome experience. From the prompt service on the first phone call, to the ease of getting our access code to the yard via email. Everything was easy from start to finish! Not to mention the price was unbeatable! Would highly recommend as an option for outdoor storage if you’re in the midland area.
