I would never recommend smartstop to anyone. Unless you like being severely overcharged for a 5'×10' climate control unit. I'm still trying to figure out why my boyfriend and I were paying basically $310 for a unit that size. Given the fact that we had stored some of our belongings there for 4 and a half years. Up until the Monday that just past (August 31st). Pure robbery if you ask me. Especially when there were mouse droppings, and no I'm not exaggerating, literally everywhere! I don't quite understand how that could have happened. I still can't figure out how we were charged way more for a smaller unit. Especially without any acknowledgement from their end. Pretty shady if i do say so myself. I struggled financially for years because this place was overcharging us for whatever reason. There were times where we struggled with getting food for our dog because of y'all. Karma does have a way of working itself out, just remember that. Thousands of dollars, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars out of our own pockets that i doubt we'll ever get back. Thanks for nothing but a headache smartstop self storage. You'll never get out business ever again if we ever need a storage unit. Byeeeee!

We were in search of a storage unit for some things we had piling up in the house. We arrived at the Milton Location and Jayda was immediately so helpful and so great, she helped us find the unit, confirm we liked it, and answered all of our questions. She also gave us suggestions on what to do in the future in terms of future payments and locking in a fixed price. 10/10 service!

Setup process was easy and the agent was quite polite on the phone. The agent on site was friendly and showed us where everything was located and what the processes were. I am just hopeful that the reduced price we received will last more than a month or two. Overall we were happy with the whole process.

Our experience today was amazing. This is our first time ever renting a unit and Jada was incredible. She made it so easy and enjoyable. She was super friendly, helpful and funny. It was great to interact and have some fun and laughs during the paper work. She gave us a great tour of the place, made sure we knew about all the entrances and codes. I am someone who asks a lot of questions and she answered everyone, even the dumb ones without judgement and with fantastic and clear answers lol. I recommend smart stop to anyone who needs to rent a unit.
