Brandon at the Millcreek location was great. He helped us find the best solution for our storage needs. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Above all, he was refreshingly friendly. Most places are about the sale and usually have a "take it or leave it" attitude. Brandon listened to our concerns, kept things casual and easy going, and really helped us out.

I booked a unit at a time when it was offered with 50% off for 3 months - which was perfect as it was the exact time length I required. The storage unit and entire facility were in immaculate condition. The on site loading dock facilitated offloading the goods into the facility seamlessly. The service rep guided me through the entire process and how to gain access to the unit, what type of lock to get etc. On the whole I received great value for money, and would gladly recommend Access Storage to their would be clients.

I rented 4 large storage units and paid for 3 months in advance. When I booked, I was told “no worries” and that I would receive all the access details by email — but I never received any access code.
On the second day, during a snowstorm, I drove to the facility. It was snowing heavily, so I briefly parked near the entrance and went inside just to reach the office and sort out the access issue. Instead of helping, an employee came up to me shouting in a very disrespectful way, telling me to leave because I didn’t have a code. I went straight to the office to explain the situation, but the regional manager simply supported the employee’s behavior rather than helping resolve the issue.
When I asked for a refund, I was told it would take a week to get my money back — after they failed to provide the access they promised in the first place.
Poor communication, no customer support, and extremely unprofessional behavior. I wouldn’t even give one star.

Update: They asked me to contact their Customer Support which I did and no action or even a response. They just really don’t care about their customers and support their employees’ bad behaviour.

I am a regular customer and I brought my friend for him to rent a new unit however the office was closed for morning for today, Feb 12, as all staff was on off site training.
The training didn't work as when I returned in the afternoon, the staff was really rude.
The company should make sure they provide training after hours or weekend.
I lost time and money due to office closed.
Staff needs to be more polite as well.

I have been here for a couple of months and it's a good place to store what you need to store, there is a bathroom that is always clean since I have been here, there is a drive in to which is a bonus for cold days, the staff are helpful and the property is maintained ok to standards, but I do see the side walls inside gets damaged up a lot from something consistently hitting or rubbing up against it.
I find the pricing to be fair for the size you get.

I recently used this storage facility while preparing my house for sale, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were exceptional, particularly one gentleman with a British accent whose name I can’t recall. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me during every interaction, making the process smooth and stress-free. His helpful demeanor and helpfulness stood out, whether he was answering questions or guiding me through the logistics of storing my belongings for staging.

The facility itself is always clean and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind about storing my items there. Accessibility was a major plus; the loading garages and elevator access made moving things in and out a breeze, and there were always trolleys available, which saved me a lot of hassle. The location is great, and while the cost is a bit higher than some other options, it’s completely understandable given the convenience and quality of the facility. I’d highly recommend this facility.

Great Place For Storage, Multiple Loading Bays, Climate Controlled, Spacious Parking and 10/10 In Person Client Support. Booked the units through their call centre, went in person spoke to the assistant manager Brandon, he took the time to give me a tour of the place even though it was end of day office hours on Sunday. Fantastic storage facility all around. The only issue that I had was how far the storage unit was to the loading area, so when you book online through the call centre make sure to ask for a map of the facility and whether the storage is on ground level, since for us it was a long walk to get there.
