I had a great experience at SmartStop Storage on Vodden. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. Aryan was incredibly friendly, professional, and polite throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I got the storage unit that best fit my needs. His excellent customer service and positive attitude made the experience even better. I highly recommend SmartStop Storage on Vodden, especially if you have the chance to work with Aryan.

Been storing my items here for over 2 years now and so much for climate controlled, my brand new beach chairs are dry rotting that ive never used. They also never have carts available and when you ask the workers where the carts are they just shrug and smile. What kind of service is this? What am I paying for?
