I hope you are doing well.

First, I would like to sincerely thank Dilip and Ms. Kaur for their kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness. They have always treated me with respect and have been very supportive whenever I needed assistance. I have already mentioned this matter to them, and I truly appreciate their efforts.

I have been a loyal customer with your company for approximately 14 years, and I value the service and relationship built over the years.

I am writing regarding my current outdoor parking spot, OD1, as well as my previous spot, OD25.

Previously, I was assigned OD25, which created ongoing difficulty due to limited space for maneuvering. I tow a 24 ft trailer with my 2018 Cadillac Escalade, and the turning radius in that location made backing in extremely challenging. The repeated maneuvering eventually caused damage to the rear bumper of my Cadillac. In addition, after leaving my trailer there, I later discovered damage to the trailer which appeared related to the neighboring OD26 area where auger drilling equipment was stored.

I have attached supporting photos showing:

• Significant standing water and swamp-like conditions in the OD1 area after rainfall
• Low ground elevation causing drainage issues
• Trailer exposure to wet and unstable ground conditions
• Physical damage to the trailer exterior consistent with prior tight access / neighboring equipment conditions

I have since moved to OD1, which has been a much better fit and gives me enough room to safely back in and access my trailer. I am very grateful for this improvement.

My only request is that some gravel be added to OD1 to raise and level the area, as there is substantial water accumulation after rainfall. The spot appears lower than surrounding areas and can become swampy and soft. As someone with a civil engineering background, I would respectfully recommend adding gravel or fill material to improve drainage, create a stable parking base, and help prevent long-term ground settlement or future sinkhole concerns.

This would greatly improve safety, accessibility, and preservation of customer vehicles/trailers.

I truly appreciate your time and consideration of this request. Thank you again for the excellent service over the years and for the support from your staff.

This place is anything but safe. Worst customer service and communication. Someone had cut my lock and stole my possessions in the unit. I found out one month later when I went to the unit and I found a different lock on my unit. I ask the office about it and they said they noticed my unit had no lock so the put on of theirs on it. They also claim to have contacted me. I traced my call log back to the date they said. There was a call from a unknown number they said was them. That was the one and only call I Recieved. No email no text. When payment for my unit didn't go through I had calls texts emails of all kinds. As I say and waited for the police to arrive to make a report I observed the front gate open for over a hour with multiple vehicles coming and going as they pleased. There are no cameras in the unit blocks or rows. Only the front gate I then brought this to the attention of the staff and a gentleman who presumed to be a manager. He then told me that's not how people get in and steal they usually cut a hole through the back fence and get in that way and he said that's most likely how the got to my unit. Found this assumption very odd given how my unit was closer to the front gate and there were no other units burglarized that day or week. Also odd that he would say such a thing with confidence. I put my insurance claim in with the insurer that I acquired through the unit they then denied claim due to lack of presence of the lock of the unit.... So someone cut my lock stole my stuff and took the lock with them for some reason.... Nothing that happened there made any sense.Why would someone cut in from the back and burgralize one unit close to the front and only one unit and keep the lock mTerrible experience I lost so many things I can't get back

Bad rodent problems. Nested/chewed up new pillows and bed. Management will just assume you had food in there. They also replaced the roof in my unit without telling me and covered all my stuff with debris and drywall 👍.
