I had a really great experience with Jyoti at SmartStop. She was extremely helpful, professional, and very kind throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and made everything very easy and stress-free for me. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way she does. SmartStop is lucky to have an employee like Jyoti. Thank you again for the excellent service!

This Smartshop at Iroquios Rd, Oakville is well protected, clean, safe and readily accessible.
Both Michelle & Judy are excellent resources and are very accommodating and helpful.
We would highly recommend it to those in need of storage space.

Terrible company. We were notfied by a number of individuals of this companies shady and unethical antics. If you want to increase rates/prices you do it on available units. Not existing rentals. And certainly not to the degree individuals who have moved out/are going to move out, have shown us.

Our company & associates own a majority of the larger multi-rental properties in the oakville area. And we have made it known to our tenants to avoid this corrupt company. Aswell as notfied several of our associates who own or manage other multi-rental properties to also avoid this corrupt company unless they change their ways & shady buisness practices and the individuals affected who brought it to our attention. Can confirm they have in fact, Reversed their corrupt & shady business practices and keep it that way.

At this time as others have stated. AVOID THIS COMPANY. You get a good rating for being a good company in its entirety. Not just for the initial interaction & a few months after before you decide to be shady & corrupt. We were notfied they even have a sign in the office requesting a 5* review. Do not fall for this delusion. Again, you get a good rating for being a good & honest company the ENTIRE time you exist.

Michelle was incredibly helpful today and helped us set up our unit. It took about half an hour. The facility is clean and monitored by office staff and live video feed. Hours of unit access are 6am to 10pm. The locks are physical and you can bring your own disc lock or purchase on site. There is a bathroom for client use only. We look forward to moving in our items!
