The manager that was on today was wonderful. Usually fast food is a quick grab n go. Which it was, however it felt as if he went above and beyond for ones at the window and for the people in the lobby. Makes sure everything is fresh, respectful and clean. Made sure to greet with a smile, and needs were met.

Food is amazing, can’t beat burger king. It is always hot and fresh. 5 star is mainly for the staff who is always super chill and welcoming. Out of any fast food restaurant, this one is my #1 for the staff. Thank you burger king staff who work relentlessly. You guys are the best and your work is appreciated greatly!

Let’s start with that shitty parking lot, horrible to drive on especially when there’s a pothole around every corner. Then I stood in line, there were only three people working. One at the window messing up orders, the guy at the front counter didn’t speak or no greeting. I stood in line for about 15 minutes, the lady in front of me was being difficult as possible so I just walked out after 20 minutes of not ordering just standing there. No help no service, not even a hello. How can I be comfortable spending and this is how they operate business?

I would like to say thank you to Mindy I believe that's her name, she had helped my son with a gift card so he could eat until I got there from Moline Illinois to pick him up. Thank you so much, you have great customer service, kindness and a huge ❤️ to help others. This happened last week sorry it took so long to post i had surgery and I'm better now. Thank you again.

Huge improvement at this location! I haven’t been here in a while, but the customer service has reached a whole new level. The woman who handed us our food (I wish I caught her name!) was incredibly sweet and a total pro. Whether she’s the manager or not, she’s setting the gold standard: positive energy, a huge smile, and genuine care. She made sure we had our sauces, gave my son a crown, and made us feel welcome. On top of that, the Whopper was fire - perfectly assembled, fresh, and delicious. This is officially my go-to BK!
