Went ton Burger King tonight order a whopper with cheese . Told the lady what I didn’t want on it. Got home and everything I didn’t want on it was up there. I was so upset I just threw it away, Tried to call them and the phone was off the hook. Very disappointed.

Was very clean, and the manager was amazing. Best customer service I’ve seen in a while. He was enthusiastic and welcoming and seemed to be running the restaurant very well!!

Well let me start off by saying that I have worked for McDonald's before as a manager and as the clown for the parties Burger King as always been number one for me because it was one of my first jobs and I know that they value their customers and customer service and product waist and robbery prevention I was a little disappointed today when I went to get me something to eat and drink did not get the meal even though I know that it is cheaper because I didn't want to waste frys I had $100 bill a $50 bill of $5 and 4 ones . When I first went in I went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper no hand soap after I place my order at the kiosk I went and stood in front of the desk because I had no way to pay at the kiosk I waited there 10 minutes while the manager made some tea which was fine but never did she acknowledge me until when she started another project she said what do you need to pay for your order and I said yes ma'am I've been told her about the girl going into the bathroom but I never seen her go back in there and that there was no toilet paper and it was no soap than .I went to get the $50 bill she said I don't have change for that I said okay but I only have $100 bill I thought the meal was at least $10 so I said how much is it she said $9.67 I don't have any change she said I don't know I'm thinking you're a manager it's 2:00 in the afternoon I don't understand why you don't have any change and I know the banks don't close until 5:00 well instead of her telling me telling me that I could get the meal and it would be cheaper or if I got a smaller drink that it would be cheaper or even offering me 67 cent she looked at me like I don't know what to tell me. Mame with a blonde hair. I'm sorry if you were having a good day the store looked wonderful though customer service is not that great I'm a local truck driver and I go there from time to time I guess it'll be another 6 months before I come back

My daughter door dashed a Double Whopper w/ cheese, bacon meal. Needless to say, both burgers were burnt and dry. The second order of fries never made it into the bag. As for her drink, I guess the door dasher was thirsty. My daughter never received it. Smh

Just like any other Burger King, not the best, not the worst. Fairly clean and employees take care of customers in a good way. There is an indoor playpen so we come often with the kids. This is one of our favorite Burger kings
