Highly disappointed the way the staff was acting after our food and drinks were incorrectly made. Staff got snippy with us and had poor attitudes the whole time we were in there. We asked for something multiple times from multiple staff members and was ignored multiple times like we weren’t even talking.

This was a bad experience. I ordered a drink and was told they couldn't make it. That according to dunkin corporate policy they are not allowed to. I have been ordering the same drink for years all over the country and never had this experience until this store. I even asked if they could just sell me extra milk so I can put it in my drink myself and was told no they are not able to sell it, and that they are not physically capable of pouring it without an order. My mind is blown.

Service for drive-through is terrible. They don’t say welcome to Dunkin’ Donuts or anything. What can I get you anything else ?drive around. Being presented with that kind of rudeness nobody would ever want to come back. And this isn’t the first time which is why I’m making this review. This NMB Dunkin’. Also extremely slow while 3-4 others in the back of the building breaking while the line gets long.

I went to the location in South Carolina. Monique was rude! I was trying to tap my phone and she said she needed to take my phone thru the drive thru window and tap it below the counter. I told her let me get my card cause it’ll lock if my face isn’t recognized. As I turned to get my purse, she shooed me with her hand. EVERYONE IN THE CAR SAW IT. She was rushing me. I normally can tap. And no I wasn’t going to give her my phone thru the window. No other customers were waiting, so I don’t understand why she was so rude & rushing me. My daughter asked why couldn’t I tap, and her demeanor was nasty when she answered she said it’s under the counter and she can’t move it cause the wires are already loose and she can’t. Monique’s name was on my receipt. She definitely needs training or a job that she doesn’t work with the public.

Stopped by on my drive thru and grabbed two Carmel Craze Iced Signature Latte. Wife and I truly enjoyed them. Staff were very friendly and little to no wait in line. Great stop.
