I was completely ignored by the two older ladies working they were standing there gossiping looked over at me and completely ignored me, so the drive-through lady got pissed off through my order at me, snatched it back and then tossed it back on the counter. Whoever was working Friday, October 2 at 2:15 PM. I don’t know what you all are angry about, but don’t take it out on customers! No wonder the place is empty.

Very angry short little blonde hair with glasses worker who was having the time of her life beating up the register and slamming stuff down with numerous customers watching, we all feared for our lives can't even lie. This bald guy with a purple shirt was so scared as well as this black guy who kept looking back at me like "oh my god what is happening". This is not okay.

Whomever made the whoppers at 3:30 pm did an amazing job. Very neat, clean and beautifully put together. You can tell this employee cares about quality. I wish I had taken a picture of the burger. It was the best work I've seen in the district. Allen Rd burger king location is my favorite.

I arrived on Monday 8/6/26 and this lady was beyond rude. I first asked if I can order a chicken nugget and she tried to be smart by correcting my language when first I have southern accent and secondly I was offended so I said excuse me & then she refused to take my order or give me her name. The manager got on the intercom and told me she would give me the name details when I get to the window. I get to the window and the young lady did not greet, rolled her eyes, and refused again to give me her name. After she took my money she just walked away without giving my food or drink! Then the manager came to the window and I asked her for her name. She failed as a manager to accommodate me overall or to handle her employees when disrespecting customers. What happened to have it your way? It’s not my fault you work at Burger King! Get a job without customer service bc her attitude sucks! Her name is Christina! I’ve posted the video to my TikTok and submitted to secret shopper account as well.
