The service on our 5th wheel camper was quick and reliable. People were very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained in detail what they found and repaired. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended! Will be taking our diesel truck there for electrical work soon. It’s a relief to finally have a trustworthy place to get help when needed.

I have taken my truck to Impact Fleet multiple times and they are nothing but the best. Labor rate is great and the repairs are always completed in a timely manner. Jasmine at the front desk is always pleasant to deal with. Mark and Kevin in the service department were super helpful with any questions I had with the repairs on my vehicle. I will for sure be recommending them to my friends and family for the future.

I’ve had my Motorcoachs in several times for routine service and a couple special projects. First one on a Freightliner M2 106 chassis and the current one is on the Freightliner Cascadia chassis. The work is outstanding. The people are friendly. Kevin and Mark take the time to explain what’s needed. The time estimates are spot on. The prices are reasonable and fully explained. They really go the extra mile. I’m a novice and not mechanical at all. They take the time to educate me each time I’m there. I cannot recommend Impact Fleet Serviced highly enough. They are just outstanding in every way.

We drove 4 hours to bring our vehicles here. The trip was worth it because this shop does quality work. They deliver what they promise for the cost quoted. If problems occur they keep the customer in the loop. We had a 150 k maintenance performed on one vehicle this week. In the past we have had extensive repairs on a diesel engine. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and the crew strives to meet the promised timeline.
