I had a great experience working with Anthony and Tara. Anthony helped me get set up with a new auto insurance policy after I switched from another provider, and both he and Tara were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They took the time to help me find the best rates and were knowledgeable and patient when I had some more complicated questions. I always felt like I received excellent, responsive service and would absolutely recommend their office!

Tara is very knowledgeable about the insurance coverage you will need. She’s professional, kind, and can carry on conversation not related to insurance. I have called her on several occasions to get a copy of my policy for proof of insurance and she sends it very quickly. The location of her office is conveniently located in a cute shopping mall in Gold River area of Rancho Cordova. If you’re looking for this type of service I recommend giving her a call.

Even though she does not live where I do, she was able to connect me to quality vendors in my area. Everyone involved had top-notch customer service and my car was done a whole weekend ahead of schedule.

I have been with other Insurance companies in the past. I moved my insurance to Tara at State Farm and I cannot believe I didn’t make the move years ago. Tara genuinely cares about her client’s best interests. I have never felt like she is just trying to sell me something I don’t need. Her integrity and ethics are an example of how all small businesses should operate. Tara feels like that trusted friend a person has known for many years. I believe that personality is the reason her clients just stop in to say hi to her.
