I was really upset to read the review today. I understand 1000% why this place has such a low reputation. The tellers at the branch are the ones who work to help customers with their banking, not just to get paid, right? There are no other branches around here,so I kept coming here, but now that I think about it, the bank is using it. I'm thinking about changing the bank itself.

Very slow bank with cashier tellers that what to chat about recent events and food …. Slow slow lines in a large bank with a couple working and a few chatting and watching the tellers…

Went to open a bank account and there were lazy people including the manager not wanting to work or do their jobs. Walked right out and went with a different bank. They did me a favor cause I had opened one somwhere else and they didn’t give me no problem like this location did.

I worked with Edwardo and by far the easiest and quickest customer experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Answered every question I had and made me want to continue working with him!! 10/10 would recommend working with him!

I went to this branch to Wire the money for closing of my house and they accommodated my visit without appointment (Thanks for that) and initiated the wire on Saturday (10/12) in the morning and told me that since Monday will be federal holiday wire will be sent on Tuesday morning (10/15). I told them that money is for closing of the house and it has to reach on Tuesday. I was expecting my closing company to receive money on Tuesday but Bank failed to send my wire on Tuesday and didn't even had any courtesy towards the customer that at lease let me know that they haven't send the wire. Nope. My closing company waited whole day and when I called the bank a guy told me that sorry, we are aware of your wire but we will be sending it tomorrow (10/16) morning. Not to mention that they charged $40 for wire service in person which they didn't even provided properly. I think as a business customer I have gotten nothing but frustration with well Fargo Bank. I will be closing all my accounts soon.
