Took my truck there for a leveling kit. They had it for 2 days and still cant get the alignment correct. They butchered the underneath of my truck with a grinder. I had to drive it away from there damaged and now need to go get it repaired somewhere else and seek an attorney.

I came in to have my wheels installed and ended up purchasing two tires and getting my emissions test done as well. The service was quick and efficient, and overall experience was excellent. Sebastian was especially helpful, he had a great attitude and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I’ll definitely be returning for any future car service needs!

Keith, Austin, Sebastian, and their teams provided great service and good quality work within my budget. I am grateful to have found a Point S near me as they are my #1 choice for tire care (and other auto work when I don't do it myself).

I took my car in to get a tire repaired (leaky valve) and it turned out that in addition to the leaky valve I had picked up a nail (or something like). They also conducting a safety inspection and found that the suspension system on my car was shot. I knew it was getting close, but hadn't realized it was as bad as it was. I appreciated their efforts of transparency! They showed me the wear on a tire that indicated misalignment caused over time by the faulty suspension. They also demonstrated the dangerously-loose movement of my front tires (I could take them in hand and easily jiggle them while the car was raised up in the shop). The tech I talked with out in the garage was also very helpful and had a great attitude (I'm blanking on his name but he was great as well)!

Keith brought together three options for the suspension replacement and new pair of tires that varied in cost of parts and warranty, helping me find an option that met my car's needs, didn't break my bank, and aligned with how much longer I plan on having my car (it's very high mileage and getting old). It was great to have the options that they did!

They sure take care of their customers! They offered a loaner car or shuttle service since I would be leaving my car in the shop over the weekend. They also had a great waiting area inside their shop---comfortable seats, nice temperature, with magazines, snacks, and water available. Also, when I called before coming in, and later when communicating about my car's progress, they were all very courteous, polite, positive, and clear.

I had a great experience with them and recommend them to you!

Honest and speedy service. Sebastian and Austin were very helpful. They offer competitive pricing on oil changes. Complementary shuttle service as well. This is a local business that takes care of their customers.
