If I could give 100 stars I would. My first interaction with Smart Arches was with Sean. He was so informative and answered all my questions and made me feel heard and reassured me I was in the best hands. I had my consultation where I met the office staff, all so friendly. When I walked in they made me feel at home and I felt like I had known them for years. Ashley was so kind and knowledgeable about all things implant related. Breanna was amazing and answered so many questions, I am sure I drove her crazy. I cannot say enough about Dr. Wilson!!! What a gem. She greets you with a smile from ear to ear. She is so caring and wants you to have the best smile. Dr. Gobran made me so comfortable before my surgery, he is so funny and kind. Dr. Oh is top knotch. He gave me my life back. This entire team is worth every penny. I cannot recommend Smart Arches enough.

Unfortunately, I won't be going to this office. Who ever it was that answered the office front desk was extremely impatient. Very testy and not appealing if you are looking for someone to help put you at ease with what you have to do. She made the dentist look bad and I guess that behavior is condoned. Maybe she was exhausted or something. Also, the drive from NJ would not have been worth it especially with a receptionist who thinks its okay to slam the phone down to hangup after I told her I would give a call back. Very
unprofessional behavior. Love and light to all!

My free consult was well worth it. The Dr. Oh was very laid back and to the point. The young lady who assisted me Brianna was also laid back. They were very low key. You don't make you feel uncomfortable. Really nice atmosphere to be in. I cannot wait to SMILE again.
