It used to be the good Wendy's but they must have hired the crew from the one that went out of business. My burger had half a patty, guess they are trying to save some money breaking the patties in half. The fries are hit and miss, prices have jumped drastically, sizes have shrunk, and they always 100% of the time give me the wrong drink.
But it's clean when you walk in to get your order fixed.

I ordered a double stack add mayo lettuce and tomato, to go because I am a truck driver and would eat it up the road. Disgusting. It was only mayo and tom. No pickles, ketchup, onion. The young lady did tell me there was no lettuce and I told her okay then I will jyst have a regular double then. So you charge me for things I dont receive and I will most likely not visit that location on again because it isnt really on a main path. But I do only get 1 meal a day so it would be nice for people to care about the service they provide to people. I miss that aspect of business.

This Wendy’s location was so clean and well taken care of. The employees were very nice and helpful to the customers even when it’s busy. The food was definitely worth the wait. The drive seemed pretty busy when I visited but they still had it under control.

1st time in a Wendy’s in forever, and it was such a positive experience. Most fast food places are dirty with help that doesn’t want to be there. This was so clean I wouldn’t be scared to grab a stray fry that falls on the tables. The floors and bathrooms are spotless. The help is so kind and patient. They worked as a team to get our order filled quickly. No one was gossiping or on their phones. There are gluten free options like baked potatoes. Spacious seating available and handicap accessible. Modern drink dispensers with endless options. Food was tasty and warm. If we ever come back to the Cedar falls area I would eat there again. Thanks for the great experience at a Wendy’s!
