Koodo Mobile has the worst customer service in Montreal. I have been charged extra in my billing saying I upgraded my plan. I never upgraded my plan and would like to know the facts in writing. Since yesterday, I have been trying to reach a live customer service agent to discuss the issue, but it's IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A LIVE KOODO MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IN MONTREAL. I have made half a dozen calls, but no live person comes on the line. I also sent 4 text messages to solve the problem and also requested 3 times to setup a call with a live customer service agent but NO RESPONSE UNTIL NOW. Through this complaint, I ask Koodo mobile to revert back to my original plan because I didn't upgraded it. I'm not going to pay and penny for false extra charges. If you don't solve my problem within 24 hours of this complaint, I will start looking for other options with other mobile phone service providers. On Sunday, the 12th July, I went to Fairview shopping malls Koodo store and saw four employees gossiping because there was no customer. (How can you expect a customer with their bad customer service?) I explained my problem to one of the employees, and believe me, he told me to talk to Telus, ( Koodo parent company) because Telus customer service was better than Koodo. I was surprised and shocked to hear that a Koodo employee agreed with me that their customer service was bad. Because he couldn't solve my problem, I went to Telus store in Fairview mall and an employee helped me get in touch with a live agent with whom I spoke for 28 minutes and the live customer service agent, after many non related replies informed me that my plan was not upgraded but they increased the price for the same plan without informing me in advance. I told the customer service agent that even Bell informs the customers in writing couple of days in advance? I suggested that instead of employing 4 employees at a non performing kiosk, why can't the company employ some people in customer service like Bell. The answer was- Company's policy!! I was assured that they won't increase my Koodo mobile service charges which I will see in the next months bill. Till then, I am keeping my fingers crossed

I had an issue after switching my internet and mobile phone providers and visited the Koodo at Eaton Centre just before closing time. Reda was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to investigate the problem, communicated with the other provider, and helped me set up my new plans without rushing, even though it was near closing. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Reda, for the excellent customer service!

I visited this Koodo store to get a new SIM card and register as a new customer.
It seemed there was technical issue in the system that unfortunately it couldn’t be solved the problem that day.
However I was served by a very professional service agent Belek who was very patient, helpful, attention to detail. In the end, I was at the store for more than hours, he went through 3 brand new SIM cards to test it out whether phone line activation was successful. He also realized somewhat I wasn’t getting discounts on deal I should’ve had, then fixed it right away. I felt sorry for him to be quite struggling situation.
I recommend this store to visit, if you can’t solve problems on your own.
