Yesterday I went to find a new phone case . he didnt have the one I needed so he told me where I could find it .. so I did and bought it . Today I went back for a phone screen protector he did that very carefully . I left happy for upgrading my phone . On my way home on the metro I slipped on the stairs fell with my phone in my hand and cracked the protector not even 10 mins after getting it . I debated what to do and decided to go back and get it replaced my fault .. he asked what happened? I told him I fell. He asked if I was ok ?. I told him I was he said thats good thats whats is most important good thing u had a protector on it . He asked if I wanted him to change it for a new one . I said yes he promptly replaced it . I went to pay for it and he said no dont worry about it have a good day ... and didnt charge me . I told him I really appreciated it ... he was kind friendly and polite ... I think his name is Jamal he cheered up my day with his nice gesture . Go see him he is a nice guy ...

I went to Mobile Klinik this morning to repair my iPhone 16 screen. It had gotten a bit of rainwater on it yesterday and stopped working. They immediately refused to touch it because of the water damage. Then I went to Electrocell just downstairs — the two guys at the front reassured me and repaired it only 30 minutes later. Professional and efficient!!!!!!!!!!
