Fake reviews and terrible service. UPDATE: still unresolved.

Notice how all the positive reviews are from people with only one or two reviews in their history?! They're all fake. I was promised a Google Pixel screen replacement at least a dozen times and they've taken my phone, told me to come back in an hour, then told me their screens were "stolen," then kept it for a whole day promising they'd fix it that same day, then said they'd receive the screens in 3-5 days, then a week... They lied to me on at least 10 separate occasions with a different excuse every time.

Worse...my phone was NEVER fixed. They never answered their phone when I called to follow up, and it's clear they screen their calls and just let them ring out. They'd take my number on a Post-it and promise to call back, and never did.

DO NOT EVER LEAVE YOUR PHONE WITH THEM. Cannot recommend them at all. Such a disappointment.

Excellent service! Zakaria was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed my phone quickly and explained everything clearly. The repair was done with great care, and my phone works perfectly now. I really appreciate the quality of the service and the excellent customer support. I highly recommend Mobile Klinik, especially Zakaria, for anyone needing a fast and reliable phone repair. Thank you!

They've had my phone for four months... They have never called with an update, and when I call, they tell me they will give me an update soon and never do. Pretty wure they just lost it

Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Ordered the wrong replacement piece for my device, tried to blame me for the error, then hung up the phone on me. Will never go back. Take your business elsewhere.

Google recommended service kiosk for replacing Pixel 8 Pink Line screen. Great service under 45 mins after ordering the screen (4 day wait) at no cost. Would recommend 👍

*Kiosk located on the Main Floor of Rockland Center, on your way to the Customer Service Desk.
