this was my first time having a storage. The staff was very great at communication, they reply to emails fast and answer every call. Never had any issue. The storage I had was 10x10. Sometimes I struggled to pay on time. But if you communicate and explain sometimes they can try to figure something out for you. I really appreciated that. I spoke mostly to Sergio and Zach, they are both great and will almost always have a solution or would let me know what my options were. Def worth the money they made sure my things were safe!!!

My experience with access storage has been so wonderful and easy-going with all the insight I’ve needed for my storage needs. I love this because the employees take a lot of pride and honour in their job so I feel safe with my valuables at this storage facility
Bongie !access storage should be very proud to have this lady working for them. She’s amazing always has a pleasant smile on her face very soft spoken with all the knowledge you’ll need for your storage experience.

It's a really good place to store your items. It's at least $100 less a month than the previous storage company I was with. My only issue with them is that they need more moving carts and maybe grease the wheels of the ones already there.

I found the lady very helpful the day I rented the space 10 x 10. My only complaint is the four-wheel dolly or moving platform, that they loan you the front wheels keep binding and you cannot turn the unit once you put some type of weight on and I never really overloaded it.

Access storage, more like lack of access storage. Loading bay is always super busy, only 2 carts in the whole building, they are always in use. Truck dock is to tall for a smaller cube van, and the drive up door is tight and always occupied. There isn't another easy way into the building if you even wanted to just walk inside. Hallway is covered in bird droppings.

After spending months trying to find a safe, convenient, and affordable storage solution I came across Access Storage on Aerowood in Mississauga. Not only do I have drive up unit with overhead door access, the space is lit and climate controlled. The wire mesh ceiling is at 10’ but the building ceiling is much higher, which makes the space feel even larger! Thanks again Lovepreet for assisting me with the rental of the unit.
