Excellent experience from start to finish! Ian and Nya were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They made the entire rental process quick, easy, and stress-free, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Best storage locker rates in NW Calgary. Very helpful and friendly staff. They also provided me with a couple of free days as well to help facilitate my moving date with emptying my storage locker.

This place is very close to my home so it was ideal for storing my travel trailer. Literally less than 10 minutes from my house. The lot is very well maintained and very secure. The staff were very very friendly. I kept my RV here over the winter and now I am using it for work so I had to give up my spot but hopefully I can return in the off season. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend

She took the time to answer all my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my choice. I will definitely be returning to this location

I had a smooth first experience at Sentinel Storage this past week, in obtaining storage for a vehicle needing to be stored through the winter. It was easy to locate a spot that fit and worked, obtain a heavy-duty lock, and set up my account! I also appreciated being able to purchase some moving supplies at cost-effective prices showcased in the lobby. Thanks Sentinel!

Ian was very helpful at the Springbank location. I recommend going to their office in person as opposed to calling the general number because the folks on the lot know their storage units better than the folks you would get on a generic call line.

The staff are so friendly most especially the Manager Ian Cochrane who is the best there is! Very accommodating, and super easy to work with. The flexibility in the dates of storing makes our moving schedules at ease and helps us a great deal. It looks like the units are safe and secure with the surveillance cameras around it. the units are clean and well kept. The storage rates are affordable! Overall the service is just superb and we will definitely will recommend the Sentinel Storage -Calgary Springbank! Again, thank you so much Ian Cochrane!

Really easy people to work with, and very clean storage spaces. Had our 38 foot camper there from November to June, never had to worry once about theft or mice.

Tried calling the local number to get a quote - my call went to a call center and after 20 minutes I still didn't have the final quote - the call agent said the location would email me since they have the last call on pricing.

When the location called me back they offered me the same price which is more than double the competition.

Tip - Also watch for their “4 week” pricing. It is not per month - in 52 weeks you would pay a full extra payment.

What a brutal first experience. Going with the other Springbank Storage company who answers the phone and posts all of their rates. If I could give this experience zero stars I would.

PS Then after my initial comments here the regional manager called me to ask about my experience - only to ask me if I would take down my Google Review.

This was my first time using a Storage Facility. Ian and NK were awesome setting me up and explaining how it all works. I was surprised at how organized and clean the buildings and compound were. This is going to work well for me.

Had a great experienced renting a parking space with Sentinel Storage-Commercial Court location for the past 4 months. Ian, NK, and the staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The security of the space gave me peace of mind that my vehicle and belongings were safe while I was overseas. Thank you again! I highly recommend this storage location, and would definitely reach out upon needing storage again.

My storage unit was clean, secure and easy to access. I used it to store some items for a few months and it was handy to be able to pay for just the months I needed.

I would definitely use again.
