The Team were very good as we signed up ... outlining the features of their property and the protocols of billing, entry/exit security, and access.

I had an outstanding experience at this location thanks to Prateek, the store manager. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to patiently walk me through all my options—heated, non-heated, ventilated—explaining pricing and promotions in detail. His friendly, patient approach made everything so easy. I left feeling confident and happy with my choice. Five stars for Prateek—he’s a true professional!

Editing my 5 star review to say that Prateek the manager at this location charged my husbands credit card $500 instead of doing a hold for any damages when we got the truck rental. My husband got a call from a separate department saying they can’t refund him because Prateek did it wrong and offered a $500 gift card. We will be investigating with the credit card company. Very suspicious business practices, don’t recommend

Great place to rent from. The initial inquiry call is handled immediately with an auto callback. Then a live agent helps you book your rental. Finally, when onsite you're greeted with a very friendly person named Eddie who helped explain everything with a great positive attitude. Thanks!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Customer Service at Access Storage – Fairview (Burlington)

I recently rented a storage unit at the Access Storage location on Fairview Street in Burlington and had an experience that truly deserves recognition.

During my move, a small issue arose with my storage arrangements. What could have easily turned into a frustrating situation was handled with extraordinary professionalism and care by the store manager, Prateek.

From the moment I spoke with him, it was clear that he genuinely cared about ensuring I had a positive experience. He took the time to listen patiently, review the situation carefully, and advocate on my behalf with his management team. Throughout the process he remained calm, respectful, and committed to finding a fair solution.

In the end, Prateek and the Access Storage team went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I truly felt that my concerns were taken seriously.

In today’s world it sometimes feels like thoughtful customer service is becoming rare, which is why this experience stood out so much. Prateek represents Access Storage with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients.

If you are looking for storage in the Burlington area, I highly recommend the Access Storage Fairview location. It is reassuring to know you are dealing with a team that values customer relationships and stands behind their service.

Thank you again, Prateek, for turning a stressful moving situation into such a positive experience.

My experience with Access Storage at this location has been so easy and stress-free! We came in November to secure the unit size we wanted and due to a delay in our project, I had to call in today to delay our start date for the unit by a month. It was Ede both times that assisted and resolved our concerns. Her customer service has been excellent! Thank you for making this experience seamless.

I had the most positive experience at this location. The store Manager, Ravindu professional, polite and overall such a great person. My daughter and son in law were also very impressed. We were so impressed his name was brought up in a recent conversation. He broke down and explained everything very carefully. Questions answered with clarity. I strongly recommend this location. Well organized and above and beyond great customer service from all their staff including Ede on my exit! :)

Prateek ....my father and l dealt with a tall man named Prateek - "call me P.J.".
I was nervous and flustered from an experience I had at a store earlier in the day. He couldn't have put me more at ease and im in the customer service industry and know what its like to have a colorful motley bunch of characters come through door. This gentleman had no way of knowing I was struggling to talk etc and put me at ease very quickly got me laughing w clean jokes
I cant wait to share w family and recommend this facility and in particular Prateek...should Moonlight as psychiatrist lol. Thanks access storage!

Some of the kindest and most professional people work at this branch on Fairview Street. I encountered several delivery issues, and the staff at the front desk went out of their way to help me. Their policies are very user-friendly and flexible. If you’re looking for storage that’s always available in the heart of Burlington, I recommend considering them.

We had a great initial experience with Access Storage. The manager on duty on March 15 (sorry, have forgotten his name) was very friendly and helpful and the storage locker is exactly what we need.

Fantastic customer service by Ravindu de Silva. I rented a storage unit online through the website and when I reached the store office, the manager said it was not heated, but Ravindu immediately helped me change it to a heated one.

When I had to move out of the unit, I got an advance notice and I could cancel the further renewal just by a simple email.

I would recommend Access Storage at Fairview to everyone looking for self-storage solution around. I am truly impressed by the customer service, cleanliness and ease of use.

Thanks again Access Storage and especially the manager, Ravindu de Silva!

Spotless facility. Rates are fantastic and reliable, and the service... My goodness the service is just unbeatable! Ravindu and River - R&R, really do provide me with the reassurance I need to be able to let go of any stress or worries that might otherwise come from dealing with a storage facility, and leave me free to rest and relax, knowing my treasured belongings are in great hands with them. Thanks R&R!

I would like to add to my initial review.

I have emptied my storage locker. I cannot say enough about the process and employees. The entire process....from exploring rental options with personnel.....to securing the locker.....to concluding the contract...all was seamless. The personnel were friendly, courtous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Access Storage on Fairview St., Burlington. Thank you!!

The gentleman who assisted me with renting locker on tele was just learning …. But he was great. The gentleman who helped me with actually securing the locker and explaining process was great. All in all an easy process and a good experience

I also had to upgrade my storage unit and the Manager was very helpful. I appreciated your assistance and everything went smoothly.

Thanks again, Barbara
