Usually good food despite very salty fries but it took over an hour to get our delivery and the food got cold. We're 10km away. We usually take 12 minutes to get to places nearby. Never waited this long before and considering it's clear weather, on a Tuesday, not a holiday or special day... This was our last order.

Don't order their hamburger steak. I don't know what kind of meat they serve but I ended up returning it because I was pretty sure I'd be sick if I ate it. The cook said that it was "normal" and I got charged the plate without the option to choose something different. The only positive was the person that took our order and brought us our plates. She was really really sweet and very professional. She apologized for the cook even if it wasn't her fault and went above and beyond to give us great customer service.
