I highly recommend this Access Storage location. The people in the office who helped me with renting the unit could not have been more helpful. The process was quick and easy. I was very appreciative that they have a lift with gap plate, as well as a pump truck, to allow me to pull entire pallets off my 20 ft cube truck. It made everything so easy. I have not been to a lot of storage facilities that have such amenities. It save me so much time and hassle. I was also very appreciative for the good A/C in the building. it is a hot day but I wasn't uncomfortable at all.. Again, HIGHLY recommend.

I rented the storage unit at the Ninth Line & Burhamthrope Rd location in Mississauga for over 2 months. The storage is well kept. Staff are very polite and helpful. I rented the storage unit during the promotional period. The price was economical. If I ever needed to store my belongings in the future, I will definitely consider this same location again.

Absolutely the worst storage experience I’ve ever had. Access Storage operates with zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers.

From the moment I signed up, it felt like every step was designed to squeeze more money out of me. Prices jump without warning, communication is inconsistent, and the customer service team seems more interested in deflecting responsibility than actually helping.

The facility itself is poorly managed, long wait times, unresponsive staff, and a complete lack of professionalism. When issues come up, they disappear or blame the customer instead of fixing the problem.

What’s most frustrating is the way they handle billing. Hidden fees, unexplained charges, and no clear breakdown unless you chase them for answers. It’s exhausting and unacceptable.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Access Storage. There are plenty of other companies that actually treat customers with honesty and respect.

Because this is the first time I am using a storage, I had so many questions. Sarah and Miruna were so patient with me and took their time to explain everything to me in details as well as take me round the facility to show me a couple of different units with varying sizes. They provided top class customer service displaying high level of professionalism with a friendly and positive attitude. I've been using storage facilities for over 15 years and this location is hands down the best experience I've had. Miruna and Sarah have been super helpful and have gone over and above so many time. The storage has made our experience phenomenal. Sarah and Miruna have been exceptional and connected us with the most amazing service and storage unit. Every time we come, we are received with smiles and grace. We have been at the storage unit for over six months now and we would not be leaving anytime soon. Although other storage units have approached us, the quality of the staff and the quality of the storage unit with the amazing temperature control are some things that we cannot find at any other storage. Great storage unit! They have many diff sized units to cater your needs. I recently rented from here and moved 3 bedrooms worth of stuff and it was a great experience. They have pump trucks and trolleys to help carry the stuff to the unit, and a large elevator to accommodate for upper floor units. Best part is, they have 24/7 access, and you can use your personalized code to enter the building with your car or truck

The team behind those doors are impeccable. I went next door to bluebird initially because it was the first one i saw while driving down ninth line. Staff was pushy for us to rent right away and they weren’t the nicest. We next went to the big red building next door and not only was the facility clean, it smelt nice and it was very nice to be greeted with bright smiles.

Yes, they’re employees but they spoke to us as if we were friends and didn’t get annoyed or irked when we asked a million questions. Their priority was to help us feel knowledgeable, they weren’t pushy at all for us to rent.

I would like to give a special shoutout to Miruna and Sarah. Those girls had such bright smiles, offered us water and coffee, rented us a unit closest to the elevator because we have health issues, and made sure we were taken care of.

Highly highly recommend this place.

From the first call for my reservation to walking in to the office and how clean and smelling so nice, this was the best experience I've ever had at any storage facility and recommend the Ninth Line location 1 million percent and I'll go out of my way to go back. Easy to move in. The customer service was thorough and went over everything with me. Love the 24 hour access. Just watch out after hours people tend to hog the dollys. One person was using 4 just to load his truck. We had to kindly ask him to share and he made us wait.
