They explained all details of accessing my storage locker, such as entering and exiting their secure facility, type of lock I would need, etc. They also made it very easy for me to cancel the unit when I was finished with it over the phone. It was perfect for my needs.

We came to rent a storage and from the first second, Simran had so much patience answering all of our questions and provided explanation for evey detail.
She was very pleasant and friendly, she took us to see the storage, and clarified everything we didn't understood.

I’m going to be away from Toronto for a while, so I looked into several storage companies. After comparing prices and locations, I decided to rent a unit from this company because it was affordable and conveniently located.

I had never rented a storage unit before and didn’t know anything about sizes or how it worked. When I nervously approached the front desk, Towkir welcomed me with a wonderful smile and said, “Let me show you the available units!” He kindly took me to see a couple of them, and one of them seemed just right, so I decided to go with that one.

He explained the contract details and pricing very clearly, and even though English is not my first language, I was able to understand everything easily. At the end, he even went outside with me to show how to unlock the gate and how to get to my unit.

I haven’t started using it yet, but thanks to his kind and professional assistance, I already feel very happy with my decision to choose this place.

I had such a pleasant experience with Access storage on Doncaster. The receptionist Samira helped me select the right size storage locker and made the experience go very smoothly. This is a really good place to store your personal items for either short or a little bit long term. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, both from the telephone customer services side and rental office side.
