Extremely friendly helpful and quick service from opening an account to closing out an account. We had no issues whatsoever during our time storing with them. I had a fantastic experience with Access storage in Chester, NS. Darlene was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was a total newbie when it came to storage and she talked me through the whole process thoroughly. She even came out into the cold and snow when I couldn't figure out how to open the portable.

I have a brain injury and moving is very challenging! Denise is so kind, she walks you through every step and the space is clearly labeled and accessible! I would commute hours to use this specific site if I ever needed storage in the future. The space is clean and well maintained as well. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Just a note** ~ I would just ensure to bring something to kill spiders - if your going through the furthest bay door, they tend to be quite bad over there during the summer!
