I spoke with Kate on the phone to get my contract set up and Lorna when I arrived on site, both were very helpful and friendly and clearly focussed on providing excellent customer service.I would not hesitate to recommend Access Storage Hawthorne.

Very competent and friendly staff at Hawthorne. They made accommodations to store my oversized Truck and Trailer so that I could easily access it throughout the winter. Great staff, great prices, I highly recommend Access Storage on Hawthorne Road in Ottawa!

I needed a storage locker last minute and was able to get one just before closing on that day I went in. Lorna had set me up with a unit right away. I was even lucky enough to get it for a reduced rate for 12 weeks as they had Christmas promotions going on. It worked perfectly as I only need the unit for a few months. I strongly recommend Access Storage for your belongings, security is great and they have what ever type of storage you need. Also friendly staff.

I am so impressed with this storage!! Brand new storage units, and the staff are absolutely wonderful! I went with my 2 year old son and when we went in to their office to do the paperwork, the first thing they did was haul out a brand new toy for our son to play with and he was so delighted and still asks about that today. Paperwork was a breeze, the staff made everything so easy, and the terms of storage are incredibly flexible, along with great rates. Facility is secure with a heavy duty gate, and it’s all very well organized and clean.

I've had many problems and issues with other storage facilities in the past.

This location,, not 1 problem or issue.

Great, friendly and helpful staff, and an incredible price for temporary storage.

Plenty of room to maneuver & park my camper, clean surroundings and good secured lot.

Would definitely look into this location on Hawthorne Rd again.

I had a wonderful experience renting through this location. The manager Lorna was very easy and pleasant to work with. Everything was simple, efficient and clear. My unit was easy to access and just as described.
I'd rent here again if I needed to.

Clean heated storage easily big enough for my car. Good accessibility. Helpful team on site: Nate and Lorna. Warmly recommended if you need to store your car over the winter.
