Fabulous! Just wonderful! That's my rating. The hotel, its amenities, comfy beds, microwave and fridge in the rooms, cleanliness, location in wine country, and great complimentary breakfast would already make this a great place to stay. But, the real star is the people. Chrissy could not have been more accomodating in organizing the shuttle and schedule for our group wine tour! Sarah was a blast as our driver, taking our purchases back after each stop so we didn't need to carry them and communicating effectively to meet our every expectation. Everyone was great from the staff keeping tables clean at breakfast, to refreshing the lobby fresh flowers, to walking the halls late night to ensure safety. I don't take the time to write reviews unless I had a true above & experience. We definely did at Holiday Inn at Madison! THANK YOU! I hope we come again!

This Holiday Inn was amazing! Clean, modern, easy to access off the highway, just wonderful. The rooms are great, the pillows are even marked firm or soft for whichever you prefer, the pool is perfect, the continental breakfast is amazing, the patio area outside is wonderful, and the staff is exemplary! My family and I make a yearly road trip from Maine to Wisconsin every year and this place has officially become our western leg pit stop! We love this place!

One of the best experiences my family has had at a hotel! Clean, Safe, Not A Party Hotel, and yes the breakfast is better than usual. Easy parking. Indoor pool was nice. Courtyard chill area was nice. Front desk woman was very personable and kind to my family. She recommended Wild Burrito which was a great rec.

Melissa was super nice when we checked in and very kind even though it was almost 1 am. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast of sausage, scrambled eggs, omelette, juice, and yogurt. The lady taking care of the breakfast area kept the area very clean and wiped up too. Definitely would stay there again!

This is my second time stopping for a night at this location. Easy to find off the interstate with a gas station right as you are heading in or out. The hotel is immaculately clean and I love the extra attention they put into the local decor of the lobby. My son enjoyed the little photo prop they have set up. They even have local wines available. The outdoor fire space is also very enjoyable.

Overall, this is a great IHG location and worth stopping at. I know it will be clean. I know it’s quiet and they go the extra mile.
