Storage is storage, no surprise there. The expectations and what's expected, are generally the same whichever storage company you use. However; I found these guys to have an unethical policy, hidden deep in their multi-paged fine print agreement. Something you would never find unless you took a lot of time to read and stay interested to be able to not "fog-over" and lose concentration while reading, (similar to user and credit card agreements as an example). I was verbally told that there would be a credit applied to my account if you don't use the whole month, as they apply monthly deductions, therefore credit you for what you don't use in that month. So - I was not even 3 full days into a new month, notified them as per instruction, then only credited for 3 weeks. So they kept an extra 5 days of storage money that I did not use on their unit - That is to say that I was expecting 27 days credit but they only gave me back 23 days’ worth of credit approximately. I inquired, they told me to look at my agreement - “They credit by round UP in weekly increments, and that a review would be done first before they even decide on what you are going to get" – what! You would think that these important points would be more accurately mentioned to you on the day of signing up. Being under duress to read the whole user agreement, while being told that the unit you need may disappear at any time, I felt that I was told enough in honesty, to HAVE TO rent the unit immediately. In today's world of high inflation and EVERYONE struggling to make a living, I believe that it is highly unethical to keep money that you did not have spent on your services. We are all struggling to make ends meet, and something like this is unacceptable. Buyers beware - read the whole time consuming user agreement before you purchase.

Diana and the customer service team made the rental process very pleasant from start to finish. I received the gate code and all locker information in a very timely fashion with easy to follow instructions via email. I purchased a locker lock from them and I was able to get it from their lock box at the unit site. I arrived on site last evening to check out my locker and install the lock. The locker was very clean, easy to access/drive up and the locked easily. The 12 week sale price of 50% off was the selling point! Great service, clean and affordable storage unit!

Was a great experience using Access. The staff at the Tecumseh Rd, Windsor location were very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. They assisted in getting me signed up for the self serve access at the Emeryville location. Was a smooth process and the storage unit worked out great.

Had a great experience with them. I felt safe and comfortable when I went in and out of there. Great location ,great storage space, and convenient. I would buy their locks that they provide (cheaper than your average store when i went looking for a good one like they had ) very friendly. If i ever need to use a storage unit, they would be my go to .

We went to the office at the last minute to rent a storage unit. Diana and Susan were kind enough to let us in even though they were just about to leave for the day. They took the time to set us up with a storage unit and thorpughly explained how everything works. We were very pleased with their service. Many thanks again Diana and Susan.
