The lady who helped me was very helpful and pleasant. Didn't get upset when I needed to change the size of the unit. She answered my questios with patience and it was a good experience. Would recommend Access storage to my friends if they needed storage.

The people are awsome they help in every way necessary for getting the right storage unit and if you get one too small they work with you to find a bigger one ..this has happened a few times with me and they were awsome about changing units ..recommend Access storage to anyone in need ..

they are the easiest, friendliest, fastest and most helpful storage company i have ever worked with....i started the application online and within minutes i was contacted from the company....when i was ready to proceed, the application process was quick and easy and i had my unit set up within a matter of hours, and was treated with such kind respect and help from the staff.....thank you to the wonderful woman i had the experience of speaking with and getting my questions and needs met fast and efficiently, all the while with such respect and friendly tone.

I was blown away at how friendly and helpful the staff were. I was going through alot personally while trying to move and store my belongings. They sensed that I was in a tough spot and were very comforting and understanding. Diana was very helpful, she walked me through getting set up with a storage unit. It was my first time using a storage unit and she explained everything to me and told me that if I had any questions or needed anything to feel free to reach out. I am very pleased with the level of friendly, helpful service I was provided and will look to Access Storage again if I'm ever in need of another storage unit. Diana even brought out a lock, the paperwork I needed to sign and showed me the unit, how to get in and out of the gate and made sure I was happy with the unit and that it would suite my needs before I signed anything. I wish every business I have dealt with and will deal with would provide this level of service to their customers. I am very pleased with my experience.
