The guy in there made me feel uncomfortable and kinda made fun of he joked saying “it must be hard” when he had seen my account I have a chase account as well and they are always great but Thank you to the girl that helped me with my situation I think her name was Jocelyn she was great. Other than that its mediocre customer service.

Definitely gone downhill A LOT since I joined in the late '90s.
They used to care about their members, now they only care about making a profit.
Used to have tellers that were helpful & kind, now they have video tellers that only care about rushing thru your transaction.
ATM at this location likes to eat up your money/not accept it as a deposit.
