I’ve had multiple problems while banking with this company over the years but today ended it. Why would you let me schedule an appointment (one that I can’t make it to again for another 2 weeks) with someone that is not going to be at work and the person you do have working doesn’t know how to do anything but make phone calls and look up names? Closing my account and getting FAR away from this horrible bank

I highly recommend Glenview Bank, Wendy Klonder in particular. She has always gone the extra mile in helping me with my banking needs, going so far as to call me when she was out sick to keep me apprised about the status of my loan. Her professionalism and customer service are unmatched.

Wonderful experience at the branch over the weekend. Veronika Yankov was excellent in moving from my former bank to Glenview Bank & Trust. She thoroughly assisted with my family's Veronika provided us with all necessary follow-up steps in moving funds where needed. She went above and beyond to fully welcome us to Glenview Bank & Trust & overall services.

Wendy was also extremely helpful with assisting with additional services! Looking forward to continuing my banking needs with Glenview Bank & Trust/Northbrook Bank & Trust and Wintrust Bank!
