If there were a ‘NO ⭐️’ option, that is what this branch would be! Extremely rude, we’re not helpful and did not even attempt to try and help! All I needed to do was deposit a check into my account and they couldn’t do that.

I had a truly outstanding experience at the Wells Fargo branch at 33 W Chicago Avenue. The entire account opening process was smooth, efficient, and very professional.
A special thanks to all staff especially Kevin Novak. He is not only highly knowledgeable about his work but also incredibly patient and dedicated. Kevin took the time to walk me through every step, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident. His genuine care and professionalism really stood out and turned what could have been a routine process into a very positive experience.
The branch is lucky to have someone like Kevin, and I’m grateful for the excellent service he provided. It truly set a new standard for what great customer care should feel like.

The access machine at ATM is broken, can’t get in during closed hours while they say they have 24 hour access, what a joke this Wells Fargo branch is. FIX your atm access machine.
