I have to say Old Second in Palos is the best bank I’ve ever dealt with! I started going there because they had a coin counting machine and since then have opened multiple accounts. The people that work there are absolutely wonderful and personable, everyone knows you by your first name. Kaylee and Jessica are great! They’re a bank that makes you feel good walking into.

My good friend had a banking issue and she was helped by Veronica Avila who was extremely helpful with the issue. I came in to the Palos Heights frantic about my electric being turned off and the team at old second bank immediately said it was a scam and helped me avoid paying money! I am so grateful for them being so helpful! They are awesome!
