I opened up a savings and checking account with Shuwaita at the Clarendon Hills Bank a few months ago. She has followed up and been so attentive to making sure my needs are met. Wonderful banker and bank to get involved with if you want an organization that cares about you and your experience!

The worst banking experience ever. Opened a business money market account with an inexperience banker. She provided no instructions on how to enroll online banking. I called the bank a few days later and I was told she would call me back. After waiting a couple of more days, nobody called back. I called wintrust again. She returned my call finally. And I followed her instruction to enroll my new account. And now I can't even login to my normal checking account. What a horrible experience!!!

Horrible experience. Elizabeth was rude and condescending after their ATM ate upwards of $300 of my money, and was unable to tell me when I would see that money again. While I no accidents and mistakes happen, her attitude was not okay at all and she was not helpful in the slightest

As a member of our Community Volunteer Organization, we had the privilege of working with this bank after our festival. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They were flexible with our requests and was always willing to help out. They took their time to make sure everything was correct and was explained to us. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, especially from Beth. I'm excited to be working with them moving forward and recommended anyone looking for a bank to strongly consider this one.
