Branch never answers the phone. Customer Service is all automated but does not contain keywords like Abandoned Property. Poor execution and impossible to reach customer service, which I think they closed.

I would strongly avoid this branch. We have spent months trying to complete what should have been a straightforward trust transfer. Despite providing all paperwork and making multiple trips to the branch, the process is still unresolved.

The staff repeatedly gave us wrong information, including telling us to open a new trust account when the original one was valid, and admitted paperwork wasn’t submitted simply because they were “too busy.” Even basic follow-ups, like connecting us with an advisor, never happened.

We are CitiGold clients and expected much better. For comparison, Fidelity and Chase completed the same process in just two weeks with the identical documentation. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and accountability here has been shocking.

Citi has become too big to care, and this branch is a clear example. There are many better institutions out there that actually value their clients.

Not a pleasant experience.
Opened business account ,took 2 weeks
To be approved . They forgot to order checks. Another 2 weeks until received
Checks. Then received a phone call that they need more proof of my business and didn’t specify what.
Close account they said they don’t have
Enough money to pay out. Gave me cashier
Check for $10000.00 .
Tried to cash it out at different locations,
Was told they can’t cash it .
Very unprofessional staff.
Stay away!

We were did an application for credit line
For follow ups the bankers never get back to you,so when your trying to optimize your app for additional info....
You would have to go back to the bank and sit and wait for a banker again

This bank used to be excellent bank. But lately the staffs here doesn't know how to run business. Leaves vm and email and didn't get even a reply. It's a shame the era of Service in bank industry especially big bank like Citi is dismissing.
