We had a fantastic time at this cozy stay just outside of St. George. Lots of room and spacious bedrooms to spread out with all of our family. They literally had everything that we needed there, including all of the things that we had forgotten. We loved how close it was to Zion‘s national Park and still really close to downtown St. George. The pool and Pickleball courts are incredibly clean and brand new and well taken care of. The stay included use of Pickleball equipment and all the things you need to play the cornhole and the table tennis as well. The hot tub out on the back porch made everything at the end of the day so relaxing. Adults and kids alike had an incredible time! Thank you!

Beautiful home in a scenic neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious and just as described. We spent two whole days enjoying the community pool area and loved the lazy river. No complaints at all.

I stayed at Las Palmas in Santa Clara and overall had a good experience. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.Customer service was great. Easy smooth friendly.
The room itself was good. It was a little smaller than I expected, but honestly it matched what most of the other reviews said. It is a bit dated, but it was clean enough and worked just fine for what I needed. The property was where it fell a little short for me. It did not feel quite as well kept as I was hoping. Some areas seemed a little dirty and could definitely use more attention. The biggest downside was the pools. Most of them were freezing, which made it hard to really enjoy with my kids. There was one heated pool, but it was 12 feet deep, so not very practical for playing or just relaxing as a family. It would make a big difference if they heated one of the pools with varying depths. That said, for the price, it was still worth it. I travel to this area often, and I would stay here again. It just depends on expectations going in.

Wonderful week long stay at Sand Hollow 3808!
We had a fantastic one week stay at this rental. We did a family trip with 37 of us and it was the absolute perfect layout! The main living room and kitchen were huge and where we spent most of our time. The backyard and games were a hit, and the pool and hot tub, oh my goodness we spent most of our days out there! It was very well stocked, especially the kitchen. The bedrooms were laid out great, with most having king beds and then extra several twin mattresses for children. The pool house was so wonderful! It was great to have the extra kitchens and living room for those that needed some alone/quiet time from the group. The Traeger was so nice to have, the theater room was so fun!!! Just can’t say enough good things about this place! We brought our side by sides and went to Sand Hollow State park just down the street, and had so much fun!!! Also enjoyed a day in Zion. There was excellent communication throughout our stay with the rental company, and they helped us when a few things needed addressed. We would love to come back!!!
