I absolutely love this place! Everything from being greeted with warm welcomes by Candice and the front desk staff Jenny, to the amenities like a full gym, splash pad and large pool, basketball court, plus 4 pickleball areas! Very clean, timely responses by maintenance staff and laid back neighbors!
Great value for the price!

I would like to recognize Candice in the leasing office at Grandview Apartments for providing outstanding customer service. She is professional, friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to making people feel welcomed and valued. Her positive attitude, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond make a lasting impression.

It is refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what she does. Candice is a wonderful asset to the Grandview Apartments team, and her excellent service deserves to be recognized and appreciated. Thank you, Candice, for all that you do!

All I gotta say is I have one month of living here left and I actually can’t wait to get out of here. Easily one of the most mismanaged properties I’ve lived at. We were initially promised a one-bedroom at a set price, only to be bait-and-switched into a more expensive two-bedroom. Later, we found out that same one-bedroom was rented out at the original price we were quoted, which says a lot about how misleading the leasing process is here. Maintenance and amenities are consistently neglected. The EV chargers have been out of service or “off” for over a year, despite repeated excuses that they’re supposedly not a priority or that they work when they clearly don’t. The property itself is often dirty, with trash and dog waste left around, and it only seems to get attention when corporate shows up. Maintenance entry procedures are also sloppy and disrespectful, entering units without proper communication and causing issues like locking our anxious dog in a bathroom during a visit we didn’t properly consent to. Overall, maintenance is disorganized, unhelpful, and often seems like they’re doing the bare minimum while management deflects responsibility. They look nice upon viewing but they do not hold up that way and maintenance won’t be able to fix it for you since they “are so busy” save your money. I wouldn’t say this is luxury at all, Low income apartments, my friends live at take better care of their tenants and property than this place does.

I recently moved into Grandview Apartments and have had a wonderful experience so far! Candice made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. She was organized, professional, and always available to answer any questions.

The apartment itself is beautiful, both inside and out, with modern finishes and a well-maintained community. The views are absolutely amazing and one of my favorite things about living here.

The amenities are fantastic and really add to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines great service, beautiful apartments, stunning views, and excellent amenities, I highly recommend Grandview Apartments!

I’m fairly new to the grandview apartments and have loved every bit of it. The location is amazing, amenities are great. Beautiful pickleball courts and great gym and pool. The kitchens are amazing! That was one the main draws to this location. I’ve noticed the units are very well insulated. My unit is very close to the pickleball courts and I can’t hear any outside noise while in my apartment. But the greatest part of grandview is the staff. From the office to the maintenance. 10/10. The move in was smooth and welcoming. Any maintenance issues have been fixed promptly. And The office staff, Candace, Ryan and the property Manager have all been so helpful and patient and communicative. I Highly recommend this community.
