I was completing a DoorDash order I picked up the order for Bruce. I ask for a cup of water. The lady charged me. It was $1.10 for a cup of water, which I didn’t mind, but I asked her for a straw. She gave me an attitude and said turn around and get one from over there and you only paid for the cup You didn’t pay for a straw, very poor customer service on her behalf. I told her that customer service is everything no matter what, her reply was I don’t care 🤷‍♀️.

the BEST dunkin around! I must say that every single person that works there are so nice and friendly. I have never had a problem with orders like in other stores.
Love all the employees but specifically Namira! Sweetest and nicest person.

We LOVE this dunkin. The service is amazing and the women are caring and very efficient. They remember the usuals and always make delicious beverages and food.

830 Monday morning got 2 double chocolate donuts and I can tell they were not made this morning. They are leftover from yesterday. Not stale, but i can tell.

Workers think they're slick. Just before noon today, 4/30/2026 I ordered an iced dunkalatte and was given what is very clearly an iced coffee. Don't be fooled, many dunkin donuts do this because they assume the customer can't taste the difference. This happens damn near every time. Pitiful.
