Ramy was great in providing me a very competitive quote. He also passed along information links to answer my questions.

All substantiated with a professional and fast job done to address our basement water leak.

Very happy with RCC Waterproofing, and would/have recommended to my friends and family.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish on this project thanks to the RCC Waterproofing team. Daniel was the gentleman that came out for the assessment and quote. Chris was the assigned technician for my job. Daniel was very personable, professional and knowledgeable during the whole meeting. He spoke with passion and concern which gave me confidence. He recommended what I should do to meet my needs in the situation I had presented. I followed his advice and when all was said and done and job was completed there was a big sigh of relief and a big smile. When Chris arrived onsite for the service, and I met him I got the same feeling of passion from him as Daniel which gave me confidence from the start. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what he was about to do so I knew what to expect. When all was done I was very satisfied and my expectations were completely met. He was very personable during his stay and made me feel very comfortable and would not leave until the service he provided was to his high expectations which was great. All I can say is WOW!! Thanks Daniel, you made my day.
Thanks RCC Waterproofing team for providing an awesome service
“GREAT SERVICE”

Recently has my house waterproofed by RCC and I will admit that I was a bit scared on the process and the cost of this project. From the moment I was reasonably quoted right down to the day the work was completed I was explained everything.

From the moment the workers arrived they were absolutely professional and an absolute pleasure to speak to. They were very clean and made sure to have everything back to normal when they were done.

Although this is not a cost that any one wants to incur but unfortunately we sometimes have no choice. That being said if there is ever a reason for me to need any services from RCC I will not hesitate to use them again.

The team at RCC were fantastic. Justin S always responded quickly, was professional and educated me on the process. Once we decided to move forward the work completed by Chris I and his team was great. The took the time to protect our hardwood floors, were polite, courteous and efficient. Our job was done in two days and they left the work area spotless. There are plenty of options however I would only choose the professional team from RCC.

Our experience with RCC Waterproofing company has been deeply disappointing. We hired them for a waterproofing project, and during the process, their team caused significant and unnecessary damage to our interlocking — a shared space between our home and our neighbour’s. This damage was entirely preventable had they taken proper precautions while carrying out the work.

The interlocking was in pristine condition before the project began. Not only are we now facing unexpected repair costs, but we’ve also had to deal with the added embarrassment of explaining the situation to our neighbours — something no homeowner should have to do due to a contractor’s negligence.

To make matters worse, the company has been completely unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for a resolution or reimbursement, we've received no reply. No accountability, no explanation, and certainly no effort to make things right.

This lack of professionalism, care, and basic courtesy is unacceptable. We entrusted them with our property and were left with damage, frustration, and silence. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of RCC waterproofing company. If you value your home, your peace of mind, and your relationships with those around you, look elsewhere.

7/30 : Thanks for the reply. The team deployed on site- did not meet the expected standards of performance. We kindly request a thorough investigation into the matter and would appreciate it if you could share the findings along with a proposed resolution at your earliest convenience.

Someone came in to check crawl space and exterior, took measurements etc. I was supposed to receive a quote, never heard anything back.

I had a leak in my basement and called RCC to come and diagnos the problem. I did research on the internet and found great reviews on this company that has been in business for over 100 years. The next day Nicolas Theodorace waterproofing consultant arrived at my door. He was very friendly and professional and diagnosed three cracks in my foundation. He quoted a very resonable price for the repair, less than I thought it would cost and I agreed to the work being done. About a week later I met Jeffery and his crew who were also very friendly and professional. The four man crew took down the fence on each side of my house and even moved my garden shed. They hand dug down to the weeping tiles and did the repairs and then replaced the fence on both sides of my house and the garden shed. They did this in about seven hours or less, they worked like machines, I was so impressed by thier work ethic. I would not hesitate to recomend RCC to all of my family and friends and anyone with a wet basement. There is a reason this company has been in business for over 100 years and it is the people like Nicolas and Jeffery and his crew.

The guys just finished work on our property which only took them one day to do. Our foundation has been fixed and time will tell if its going to leak again. Just looking at the waterproofing process that was done, I think that we will be more than fine from here on out. This team was professional and followed the process to the tee. Great job RCC crew.

Even with the times being the way they are right now, RCC Waterproofing remained open and was able to come to our home and fix our basement. We had them do some underpinning in preparation for us selling our home and they did a fantastic job. They followed Covid safety procedures even. Im super happy they were open for business and Im super happy they help us. Thanks a bunch.

they didn't lie when they said they are one of the best waterproofing companies. RCC did a great job taking care of our leaky basement! Kudos to a job well done. Special thanks to rep George who coordinated everything.

Clean tidy and hard working. Those are the things that come to mind when I think about the RCC team. Good job crew.

George was instrumental in getting this waterproofing done. It was at 30 ft of waterproofing that need to get done and he was able to coordinate everything along with Roger and crew doing the digging and parging. It was a team effort. Everything was done flawlessly and I am very happy with the results :)

The work done by this group of gentleman is astounding. George was also a great person to work with through the process as he made it simplified. Waterproofing with these guys was easy and we are going to have them come back at some point to do the interior of our basement as well. Pricing was very reasonable too. I recommend these gentleman and company RCC very highly.

An underpinning job was done with RCC over a couple of months and they did a good job. They emphasized making sure the place was structurally sound and worked with all the paperwork in mind. The job was not cheap but RCC was willing to work with us on the price and they offered us a competitive price. Thank you to all the RCC staff for the job and we recommend them if you need anything basement related done.

By Paula Jones on October 29, 2019 Verified by Guest

RCC has great pricing that was very competitive with the other companies. The thing that sold me was the lifetime warranty. When the crew members came to do the work, I knew we made the right decision just based on their friendly demeanors and work ethic. Overall a very good experience.

Awesome work done in a timely manner. The best part is that they cleaned up after they were done.

If it wasn't for RCC Waterproofing, I would be up to my armpits in water in my basement. They were so efficient and professional when they came to fix my leak in the basement, I couldn't believe it! And they worked just solid all the way through. I was so happy when the job was done and it still stands up great. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The first RCC came out was for a sump pump replacement and they did a fantastic job. Then a couple months later they came and waterproofed one wall of our exterior and again did a fantastic job. Their workmanship was top notch both times and the crew members were a pleasure to work with. RCC is a great company and earned full marks with me.
