You should search for "Desjardins ATM" on Google Maps. You should indicate that you have an ATM because, out of all the ways to search for an ATM, you're pretty much the only one that isn't listed... even St. Édouard is listed, haha ​​;)

But if I'm talking about the counter service, I went to renew my debit card at the end of the COVID pandemic... the woman who served me was behind the "Plastiglas"... very good service. She asked for my two ID cards, which is fine, I understand that... and we started laughing, looking at each other because I was wearing a mask... I asked her if she wanted me to lower it just a little bit quickly to see if my face matched my ID... she said yes, no choice, well then, and as I wrote above, she was behind a plastiglas... so I lowered my mask and put it back up right away, but the manager saw that and came to yell at me for a minute or two, like it was unbelievable... hey, tell her! Me, but that... no... I held back because a little more and I would have spoken to her in the same way, but I'm not like that, ME! Even the lady who served me couldn't believe it and defended me. She said, "Well, why am I taking her ID if I can't even identify her? And how can you confirm that it's really her ID?" The manager turned around and left, very angry, and the woman who served me even said, "I'm really sorry." So management should either hold back a little or take a course on how to talk to people... because I kept quiet, but one day someone will get into it and will retaliate, and that's something to avoid! Anyway, this is just to prevent that from happening!
