If you're looking for flavorful fried chicken in Federal Way, Church's Texas Chicken is worth a visit. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Their honey-butter biscuits were outstanding and complemented the meal perfectly. Great value for the price, friendly service, and consistently good food. Highly recommended!

We were so excited to find Church's since we don't have them in MN (hint, hint!). The staff was so friendly and personable - even over the drive-thru speaker! And the food - so fresh and so flavorful and just so good! Is it a little more expensive than some other fried chicken establishments? Possibly. And if so, worth every penny. The biscuits are amazing!
And I apologize about not having pictures - it was too good! My husband had the chicken tenders meal deal and the rest of us shared a 12 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and mac-n-cheese. May need to make another road trip soon to the location nearest to me in Wisconsin!

I ordered a 4pc meal and apple pie. When I got my meal I asked the guy at the counter if I could have a BBQ sauce in which he replied sure it'll be 50 cent, I said no thanks than. Get to my table and realize he didn't give me my biscuit I didn't want to bother him again so I let it sly. I opened my apple pie to no apple just barely some apple sauce in it. Went back up and asked for a new one with apples in cause after all it is an " apple " pie. He offered me a new one and he said hopefully there's apple in there-- so I opened it in front of him-- same apple sauce pie! I told him just refund me, manager steps in and says if you want a refund I have to cancel your first order and ring you up again minus the apple pie??? WHAT? I left soo disappointed in Church's Texas chicken-- definitely will not go back. Sorry.

The manager needs to be fired immediately especially when she lies to your face telling you that the chicken is fresh and it was just put out and I keep coming hoping that the owner would’ve let her go by now she is rude and very argumentative with customers I hope corporate and owners see this review and it’s so bad I know the owner and he is letting his business go down like this just because on the management.

Used the drive thru and ordered a 5 pc tender meal. Usually get decent size pcs...but these were ridiculously small. Y'all need to call these nuggets and charge less. Last time I was my money here.
