This is my second delivery order where this store just can’t seem to get it correct. First order I asked for ranch with my salad due to an allergy and they sent Italian dressing also the quality of the stuffed ziti was poor I called the store and they gave me a 15$ email gift card so tonight we decided to reorder and we got ranch with the salad this time but asked for the order to include silverware as we had it delivered to our house where we are doing a clean out and they sent the order with no silverware no cheese I’m convinced at this point they are purposely doing this so I guess we will be eating pasta and salad with our hands yay! 0/10 recommend

Terrible...
Our server and the iced tea were the only positives.

I had the garlic oil shrimp scampi pasta which was not drained or salted properly, so it was soggy and flavorless. No oregano either...The dish was pretty, but lacked the depth of garlic that was ruined by not draining.
The salad was huge chunks of iceberg we had the cut to eat and had very few olives and tomatoes. Not romaine, boring.

I ordered the artichoke and spinach dip (to go) and it was very pasty and lacked the creamy consistency of a dip and any flavor of artichoke. It was inedible. (pictured below)

We really just wanted to have a nice lunch and visit but we couldn't even complete our sentences do to the atmosphere.
Screaming unsupervised children,
multiple times bumping into chairs and shrieking while the mother tuned it out and played on her phone.
Maybe they should have a family section and have a seating area for adults if the restaurant cannot do anything about bad parenting skills.

Just a miserable experience and
It was a 60 dollar meal and was definitely not worth the quality of the food, portions or atmosphere.

Our server was wonderful or this would only be ONE star.

The meal was amazing. The service from staff was amazing. The food was amazing. Not for vegetarians though but still pretty good.

I hate that the tabs there ask for money to pay games. Olive Garden, just a game! Why should I pay for the tab when I can download it on my phone?

Never had much of a problem here (if ya've seen me be4 you'd know I say that about everyplace) the food is great! The I've never had a personal problem with the service, and the atmosphere is nice :) the bathrooms are right by the entrance so that optimizes confusion 🤷‍♀️. The food is a bit cold sometimes but not often. I love it here :)

Out of my expectations! The pasta taste really good! Carbonara was amazing but shrimp scampi was too dry and not that much sauce.
We came here on Monday morning but it was super busy, the staff(name Christine if I don’t remember it wrong) tried so hard to satisfy everyone here, which impressed me! This 5 stars is for her!
