Rude lady at checkout kept saying the machine was my fault and absolutely horrible service the worker who made my sub was really nice and sweet but the worker who was at the checkout kept repeating herself really ignorant person and had no patience if there was 0 stars I would add 0 stars for the service. Placed my order on the app made completely wrong. Called about 15 times with no answer. Absolutely disgusting it’s all written out and easy to follow an order the store was not busy what so ever so no need to make mistakes like this. Didn’t order olives, no sauce on the sandwich and everything was pushed to one side leaving the other side almost bare 0/10 I will never come to this location again. Garbage

Worst experience with this location, I ordered pickup through the app. I have a food allergy and did not select banana peppers or hot peppers, but both were added to my sandwich, in total i ordered 3 sandwiches 2 with multigrain which is without any peppers and 1 has just banana pepper. I cannot eat this. the guy who is working there at jan 18 time 7:30 pm is very rude. If you need to talk to me kindly provide your email address i will reach out there because it’s an ALLERGY SAFETY ISSUE.
Never ever come again to this location.

I went on boxing day and did not notice they open at 11am. I went much earlier and when I tried to open the door, it was locked. The manager working inside came and opened the door and told me that he’d let me order early, even though they hadn’t opened yet. I haven’t seen a manager who is as kind as him! He truly offers excellent service and cares about his store and customers! He even offered that I stay and dine in the store! The food was also excellent!

This was honestly the worst Subway experience I’ve had in Canada. The bread was hard, and the fillings were carelessly put together, falling out of the sandwich. Both the vegetables and meat portions were very stingy. On top of that, the staff seemed irritated and unfriendly, showing no customer service at all. The only positive thing I can say is that the interior looks nice, but the service was absolutely terrible.
