I had a very disappointing experience at Access Storage in Woodstock. From the beginning, the information provided to me was unclear and misleading, which created unnecessary confusion.

What made it worse was the customer service. The staff were extremely rude, showed no patience, and were not willing to properly explain things or help resolve my concerns. It felt like they were not interested in assisting customers at all.

I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service. Definitely needs improvement in both communication and customer care.

Had a great experience so far, this was my first time ever renting a storage unit and thankfully for me I needed it at a time where they had the *4 weeks free* promotion. Only paid around $30 total up front and about the same amount for a lock from their location. Kelly was above and beyond amazing with helping me through the process of getting set up with them, I was in a bit of an emergency situation and she helped me to get fully registered and verified over the phone. Would definitely recommend them

I never knew this type of storage was available. The entire experience was outstanding customer service with Sandra, from the moment I entered the office until I had full access to my “ PUPS” storage locker. She explained absolutely everything in a courteous and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company because, location, access and availability. This is my first time using a storage unit and the staffs in there, they made it so easy for me. Ms.Kelly and Sandra were so friendly, informative and so professional which made my whole experience awesome and making me give 5 stars. They explained me everything about storage, the prices and the terms and conditions so clearly. Gave me the opportunity to choose the right storage unit for the right period of time I want. Access storage has the best prices and best staffs (at-least the one in woodstock). I wanted to store my motorcycle after summer because I live in a apartment. And I am glad that I walked into Access storage as my first choice.
