Lindsay Vincent and a sad raza are absolutely wonderful and amazing. With any need you have they do absolutely a wonderful job helping you or figuring out your needs. Any problems I have had they help me. Plus their spirit is absolutely amazing and kind. Best storage place for you to bring your stuff. I had also a little flood in my storage and they helped me get everything done and situated.

Great experience! The staff is helpful and friendly, and the storage areas are clean and easy to get to. The halls are well lit. The only downside - and it's a very minor one - is that not all the units are lit, so if you have one that isn't you need to bring your own source of light if you want to see what's in the boxes you've offloaded there.

Smooth transaction from beginning to end. Every time I came to the building, the man (sorry…remembering names is not my super power) in the office/store was consistently friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, making the customer service exceptional. **update, I'm going to have to change my review because I'm actually rather annoyed with this location now. I am here at least once a day because I run a buisness and I keep my stock in my unit because my house just wont fit it. The washroom is never freely accessible without having to ask to use it. I'm sorry but I shouldnt have to be embarrassed about a small blatter and feel like a bug having to ask all the time. And the they keep a constant lock on. And not only that. I was completely satisfied with my unit in the first place, but I had noticed that the side panels were folding in because of screws that came loose. Bow I have a unit that is more in the way for everyone else because I'm constantly rearranging and I'm in too much of a main drag, and the door is too heavy for me to lift, rather then a door that swings open I now have a bay door that is hard on my back to keep pulling up.

Told me I'm not allowed to run a business out of my unit but I see at least 4 others doing the same.

Could use some improvements

I had a fantastic experience at Access Storage. Lyndsey and Amanda were both amazing—super helpful and friendly. The units are very accessible, with plenty of carts available for easy shuttling of your belongings. While it's not 24-hour access, the 10:00 p.m. cutoff is still convenient and seems to be the standard among storage facilities. Overall, I highly recommend Access Storage for anyone looking for a reliable and accessible storage solution.
