Great experience! The process was fast, straight forward, and happy to support Canadian. Mikayla (sp?) and another girl whose name unfortunately escapes me, were so helpful. They took me through the paperwork, answered questions, and took me for a tour of the site and my unit. Go here!

We came in at the end of the day to inquire about a commercial unit. The service we recieved from Katie was fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Did not make us feel rushed at all despite the fact it was closing time. Thank you for the Positive experience.

I was escorted by Jacqueline Jones’s around the storage facility at 891 Guelph street Kitchener. She was very polite and concerned about helping me find the right space and size for my business. I would recommend anyone to go and see her help if they need to get the right size storage for whatever they need it for.

I rented a unit at this Access Storage location and had the best experience so far, even though I had to leave earlier than expected. Jackie was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything so smooth. We’ve rented from Access Storage before, but this location truly stood out—I had the best experience here. Jackie was very helpful, not only did she provide me the best offer, she was also very polite and respectful of my time.
