We have found the Hughes location in Orillia to be great! Easy rental agreement and have never had a problem getting answers from staff who are also super polite. Security is excellent on the site as well. Easy in and out with clean parking sites.We have been parking our RV at this site for years, and find the cost terrific for all they include. Regards

Very clean and secure. I highly recommend Access Storage Orillia to anyone who needs secure storage. You can have peace of mind when your stuff is here. They also sell moving/storage supplies as well. Denise is great and very helpful with any questions or help needed. Awesome and clean place to rent to store your stuff, I've had a great experience storing my items here.

Excellent facility. Always tour first. The lower floor is from the original building. But the upper floor is modern and worth the price difference. The manager was super nice and storage is easily accessed. The place is clean and the deals reasonable.

My goal was to have access to a.storage unit in the city i was picking items up from as I wasn't sure what needed to be removed from the home I was trying to empty. At the ned of the day I did not know if I wpuld need it but reserved it to be safe. There was a very small charge of about 25 bucks. And then the month was free. I didn't use it and when canceled it was no problem. So I was able to reserve it and use it for a month which served my purposes at a 25 dollar rate. It wpuld have increased to the regular monthly fee after if I had kept it. But what a great way to do things. And no Hassel when I chose to not keep it. Was an email and a thank ypu back and forth. All done over the phone and email. Couldn't have been easier and gave me piece of mind without paying a huge fee. Thank you

I wanted a large locker close to the entrance and lucked in to one with an outside door. It was clean and heated. The real treat was the pleasant manager Denise. I had one issue when the door latch did not catch securely and she immediately got maintenance in to fix the issue.

I was at access storage for over 3 years. There attentiveness to security and client care was and is phenomenal and the establishment was kept very clean I would and will recommend access storage to anyone and everyone.
