It's truly unreal how this location is still open. $38 for 3 small ice creams and a small smoothie. The price is not the issue, the issue is that the ice-cream stopped in the middle of the cup.On all 3 ice-creams. So that is not a small, now it's a mini. I will never again go BR. Braums for Life!!!!

They will accept your order and take your money for it ahead of time. And then the day you are set to pick up said order, will tell you that they don’t offer that in store and that you have to contact Baskin Robbins to get your refund, that they can’t do that in the store. THEN corporate will tell you that the store will contact you. And 5 days later, you will still not have the refund on the order they never should have allowed you to place in the beginning if they don’t offer the service.

during the 7AM hour i purchased an Everything bagel. when i arrived to work (less than 30 minutes later) and bit into it -it was soooo tough! IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THIS BAGEL WAS NOT FROM A PRIOR DAY. i suggest you try your bagel in the store to return it if necessary

First, I had to repeat my order multiple times due to the guy taking my order and his coworkers having a deep conversation through the company headsets. Second the portions were small(see pictures). The guy then placed my order in the bag and hands it to me with the banana split container on its side. Also, my order was just thrown together as if the company is no longer concerned about presentation.

If I could give them a lesser rating I would. I paid $7.46 for a hand packed pint and got three scoops Not even half of the pint! I’m taking the picture back to management, will let you know outcome!
