Lobby was filthy. Floors not swept or mopped in what seemed like all day. Could not find a clean table. Ordered six ice creams, took over 40 minutes to get our order. I will not be back to this location ever.

Waited in the lobby for 10 min because all the employees were just hanging out in the back no orders on the screen one customers order was sitting in the window even though it was for dine in they just tossed it up there and never took out ill bet it was cold dont waste your time even stopping here

I bought a pecan cluster blizzard with cheesecake in it. It was liquidy she over blended it. There was no chunks of anything. It was smooth. It was more like a milkshake. I asked him to remake it. She said that she put everything in it that she was supposed to I just felt she was really Rude I spent over eight dollars and didn’t get what I wantedI bought a blizzard not a smoothie it’s supposed to be thick with chunks of candy

I have been to many DQ's in Garland area, this location is the worst! The only good thing is the customer service, I had to reorder my fries, and the 2nd time still not fresh the bacon burger also did not taste fresh. I really like DQ but was very disappointed at this location.

Dear Management Team,

I am writing to provide feedback based on several recent visits to your location. As a long‑time Dairy Queen customer, I value the brand and hope that my observations can help support improvements at this store.

During my visits, the food quality has consistently been good, and I appreciate the effort that goes into preparing each order. However, the preparation and serving time has been significantly longer than expected for a quick‑service restaurant. Based on multiple visits, the average wait time has been approximately 21 minutes, which impacts the overall dining experience.

In addition, the service has been noticeably slow. I am unsure whether this is due to staffing levels or other operational challenges, but the pace suggests that additional support or process adjustments may be needed to ensure timely service.

I have also observed recurring issues with the cleanliness of the dining area. Tables are not always cleaned promptly, and on one occasion, there were no napkins available for customers to use. When I requested napkins from the staff so I could clean a table myself, the employees acknowledged the request but did not return with them. This left the dining area feeling unattended and diminished the overall experience.

I am sharing this feedback in the spirit of improvement. This location has strong potential, especially given the quality of the food, and I believe that with more attention to service speed, staffing, and dining‑area maintenance, the customer experience can be greatly enhanced.
